1st Floor: 6 – 20ft one trip shipping containers moisture treated and insulated. Lighting, Temp/Humidity sensors, HVAC and Radiant Heat, control system for independent environmental control of each tunnel.

7 – 20ft one trip container converted to walk in cooler.

2nd Floor: 7- 20ft one trip shipping containers stacked on top of 1st floor containers, locked together, moisture treated and insulated. Full Environmental control. Radiant heat and HVAC with sensors.

3rd Floor: Operations Floor

3. Lab/Kitchen with 6 burner Gas Stove and commercial exhaust hood with fire suppression system, sink and environmentally controlled storage closet.

Water System

Building is 11’ x 22’

Water supply and purification system.

System is capable of providing up to 8000 gallons a day of  pure 0ppm water.

Water is from a 650Foot deep well providing 12 gallons a minute.

First stage:  Water is pumped into first 1000 gallon tank and is filtered on a rotating time frame through a sand filter and black light to remove any particles and kill bacteria. 

Well water tests are available upon request. 

Second stage:  Water is pumped from well water storage tank through the US Water 8,000 GPD American Revolution Commercial Reverse Osmosis System | AR-6-8000, a black light  and a .01micron final stage filter into the Clean water 1000 gallon storage tank for distribution to main facility.

Pumps, pressure tanks, back flow valve systems (inspected annually), electronic controls and remote monitoring ability.  System is automated to keep Well water and Clean water storage tanks at 80% capacity by use of radar water level control system in conjunction with Control by Web relay control and monitoring devices.
